"Bull For Boobs"

" I live in the town of Cave Creek AZ, and every Friday we have bull riding at one of the local bars "The Buffalo Chip"

On one of these nights 2 Professional Bull Riders came along

and one was able to get pics taken with them. So , I asked if I could get my pic taken and I showed a bicep and said "No way you will show me up" and he laughed, but Cody " hell yea and put in a headlock too" and with that I said " You know I charge for that?" and preceded to put him a headlock.

The guys were so much fun.

2 weeks later and at the same place there was a fundraiser for breast cancer  "Bulls for Boobs" which explains the pic with the bull in a bra lol

The last week of March 2012 was AZ Bike Week with events all over the valley for motorcycle fans and riders and on a Sunday night Brett Michaels held a concert at a local Scottsdale Harley dealership which used to be called Hacienda Harley and was recently purchased by the owner of 'Go Daddy".

One of the sponsors there was Jack Daniels and they had Promo girls walking around and were getting people to have their pic taken. So I asked if I could pose in front of their banner and the girls stepped aside and said they didn't want me to show them up, and they preceded to put Jack Daniels patches on my biceps. March 2012

Good Evening
its March 8th 2012 and just wanted to update everyone on my last month of travel.
I was in Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg early Feb and boy was it cold but not nearly as cold as it can be so I was very thankful as since I have been in AZ 7  years so my tolerance for the old has decreased significantly.
Then in the middle of March I did a small midwest tour of St Louis and Des Moines so a relatively slow travel month for me.
I guess you all know I have a passions for horses so Feb 16th was the start of the huge Arabian Horse Show in Scottsdale so needless to say I had to go and check it out.
Now coming into March I am training really hard and today 9th March was my leg work out day and for the first time ever I could not make it through the complete work out so headed back to the gym to finish it off tonight.
Just got back on 5th March from Texas where I was in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio and of course Houston where there was the Houston Livestock Rodeo which I was lucky enough to attend. My dear friend of 13 years , Toni, who had just moved from OH to TX came and met me there and we had a suite and watched the Rodeo and after Lady Antebellum. What an awesome night!!
I think that catches you all up to date and hopefully from here on I will give a weekly update of what is going on with my training, and travels.

Hey everybody

sorry its been a while but seems like after all of my trips I had to do a lot of catching up and then the holidays and new year and I cannot believe we are already into February.

I will be on here with a blog at least weekly.

Ok let me catch you all up with my plans for 2012.

I am in preparation right now for competing this year hopefully in Toronto in June, Hartford and Tampa . I will be staying with womens bodybuilding until the Federation decides how they are judging the new Physique.

I am working with Dusty Henshaw here in Scottsdale and here is preparing my workout programs and my diet. He is a top amateur and owner of The House of Fitness supplement stores.

I have also moved gyms and training at Freedom Fitness in Cave Creek about 10mins form my house so very convenient and the equipment they have is great especially leg equipment everything you could possibly think of!

Another great Pro trains at the gym Rusty Jeffers, he trained with Lee Priest when he lived in Scottsdale, so its great to watch another Pro prepare for a show which he has coming up very soon in CA and he will do really well.

I had a killer leg work out yesterday and had to crawl out of the gym to my car and rode my horse yesterday afternoon and had a job getting on his back lol

The Phoenix Open golf tournament is on here in town so hoping to go to that tomorrow , Saturday , and also car shopping.

Hello everyone from S Africa

I left the USA on 3 rd Nov from JFK on a 15 hour flight to Johannesburg for a trip to S Africa with my daughter.
We arrived on 4th Nov for our 2 night stay in Johannesburg.
The first day we visited the city of Johannesburg and of course an ultra modern mall called Santon and there is also Nelson Mandela Square.
The next day we went on a tour of Soweto the black township where Nelson Mandela lived before he was arrested to spend 27 years in jail. We vistesd the aparteid museum and sore the atrocities that happened to the children in Soweto.
That evening Courtney and I went out to a great bar and night club and had a local host who took as to a great nightclub and partied the night away.
The next day we were heading to Krueger National Park where we were going on 3 safaris--------- so excited to see the wildlife.

Hello From Alaska

I'm in Anchorage as I was invited to a Cultural gathering of all the Native tribes in Alaska and Canada. The main reason was for the Tribes to vote on political issues and establish their rights as Natives but also to share their music, dance, and traditions.

So for the last 3 days I have been enjoying learning about the Natives and enjoying Alaskan food. The food is wonderful and so is the local beer lol

It is cold up here, no snow yet, but for me living in AZ I had to wrap up warm

I wanted to actually go outside of the city but all tours stop in late September and I waa told the best time was to come back in May. There is so much to see here.

So its back to the local bars and restaurants for some great food and the local hospitality.

On The Road Again

Hi guys
Well here I am again , 20th Oct 2011 , on the road to Alaska for 3 days. Not much time to recover from my marathon trip home from Dubai.
I'm just visiting Anchorage so really excited as I have never been there but I really didn't realise from Phoenix that is nearly a six hour flight so really not looking forward to getting back on a plane.
Well I will let you know how my trip goes.

On My Way Home

Leaving Dubai today and what a trip I have home.  What was I thinking when I booked this --------- oh yes it was a free ticket using my miles. Anyway I go from Dubai to Singapore 8 hours

Singapore to Tokyo 9 hours

Tokyo to LA 9 hours

LA to Phoenix 1 1/2 hours plus with layovers and door to door approx 36 hours travelling! Ugh!

So from the time I started my trip in Phoenix by the time I got home I actuallyy had flown around the world!



Stay fit and healthy and chat to you in a couple of days when I head oFf to?
